Our client is a well known Retail MNC with their Asia Pacific regional office based in Hong Kong and my client is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to join their established HR team.
• Strategic role with hands on element
• HR Business Partner covering both retail and corporate office
• Excellent exposure to senior management team
Reporting directly to a seasoned and respected HR Director, you will play a critical role in building strong HR presence in the brand. Your key role is to provide a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, employee relations and engagement, and performance management. You will be required to be hands on and strategic at the same time. We are looking for a true HR Business Partner with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience ideally from the retail industry.
In addition we are looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Someone who is happy to be hands on and has a strong track in providing strategic HR advice to the business
• Excellent track record in supporting the business as business partner
• Language fluency in Cantonese and English is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
