Our client is now looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to join their team in a lead position overseeing the Hong Kong operations as they expand.

Reporting to Corporate Management team, you would be a true business advisor and drive and implement HR initiatives and programs that will meet local requirements. You will be in charge of the HR department and be held responsible for all HR development initiatives, policies review and changes, manpower planning and staffing, training coordination (working with 3rd party vendors) and employee communications etc. You will also lead 2 team members in the HR team to ensure 1st tier HR service are provided across the business.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a very stable career track record with at least 12+ years HR Generalist experience, ideally acquired from sizeable manufacturing / engineering companies. You will have strong relationship skills and the ability to build credibility with the business. Fluent English and Chinese and excellent communication skills is a must. This role pays up to $60k per month with excellent fringe benefits provided.
