Reporting to the HR Director APAC, this is a full fledge generalist and business partner role where you will lead a small team to provide advisory to all employees, assist the growth of the organization and ensure smooth operation of the organization. You will be responsible for all areas of HR from recruitment and on-boarding to rewards strategies and payroll, as well as talent development, performance management, reporting, cultural change and engagement.
We are looking for an energetic HR generalist/ business partner with a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained from multinationals. Ideally you will have experience working with both blue-collar client groups as well as senior stakeholders and sales functions. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• An independent self-starter with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Change management and coaching experience
• Language proficiency in English and Korean
