Our client is a Hong Kong based F&B manufacturing company that has undergone a lot of positive company changes in recent years. An exciting opportunity now exists for an energised and proactive HR Manager / Business Partner to join as part of the growing HR team.

Reporting to HR Director, you will lead a small local HR team overseeing a full range of human resources functions. You will maintain the policy implementation / process needs for all employees within the business unit, currently sitting 600 colleagues. As a true HR business partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic advice in addition to “hands-on” support for all HR related matters including manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations.
To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified with a strong track record in a generalist capacity over a minimum of 12 years. Experience working within a fast-paced and labour intensive environment will be highly regarded. High levels of confidence, professionalism, assertiveness and diplomacy as well as a team oriented and “hands”-on” approach are essential. A competitive package will be offered to attract the best.
