You will play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the brand. You will work closely with business leaders providing guidance and assistance on human resources matters from talent and performance management to resourcing, employee relations, C&B, HR policies and other relatable projects for Hong Kong and Shenzhen. This role will require you to be strategic whilst being able to identify, initiate and drive strategies that aligns with the company’s annual and long-term directions and culture.
We are looking for a true HR BP with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably gained from multinational organizations. You will possess excellent communications skills and ability to build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders and COE team. A strong knowledge in operations and proven experience in working closely with the business will be highly beneficial. It’s essential that you are detail oriented with strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• A proactive individual who is able to embrace changing environments and face challenges.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and China employment legislation
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
