Our client is a leading Retail MNC with their Asia Pacific regional office based in Hong Kong and my client is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to join their established HR team.

• HR Business Partner covering both retail and corporate office
• Excellent exposure to senior management team
Reporting directly to a fantastic HR Director with strong international mindset, you will play a critical role in building strong HR presence in one of the brands being managed by the group. Your key role is to provide a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, employee relations and engagement, and performance management. Since this is an independent role you will be required to be hands on and strategic at the same time. We are looking for a true HR Business Partner with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience ideally from the retail industry.
In addition we are looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Someone who is happy to be hands on and has a strong track in providing strategic HR advice to the business
• Excellent track record in supporting the business as business partner
• Language fluency in Cantonese and English is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
