Reporting to the Regional HR Director and working directly with a senior business leader you will be responsible for supporting a revenue generating business group, and providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business. In addition to your daily tasks, you will have opportunities to work closely with your regional colleagues on regional projects and HR initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience from MNCs.
In addition we are looking for:
- Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
- Someone who is happy to be hands on and also has the ability to be strategic
- Strong track record in working with management
- Language fluency in Mandarin and English
