Reporting directly to the APAC business head, you will play a key role overseeing and monitoring a broad spectrum of HR services from talent acquisition and compensation to policies compliance across Hong Kong and China. You will act as an HR business partner to support the CEO with a strategic mindset providing HR solutions whilst supporting the business. You will also build a strong relationship and work with the European HQ on HR policies, projects, etc.
We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist background with a minimum of 8 years of experience ideally gained from the retail industry. Preferably, the candidate will have a flexible attitude who is happy to be hands-on when necessary.
In addition we are looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Knowledge of Hong Kong and China market is preferred
• Hands-on experience in C&B will be an advantage
• Language fluency in both English and Chinese
