Our client is an industry leader and a Chinese invested company that has expanded through active M&As. A new position has been created for a seasoned HR Manager to join and be a strategic internal business partner helping with HR due diligence pre and post M&As, on top of other HR Generalist duties.

Reporting to HR Director, you will be a key player as part of the HR management team. You will be a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders and deal with people issues related to HR due diligence pre and post mergers and acquisitions. You will also ensure the smooth integration of overseas assets. On top of which, you will also be involved in HR Generalist duties including the implementation of organization design, human resources planning, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
To be successful in this role, you must a minimum of 8-10 years experience preferable with experience working in Chinese-invested companies and professional firms. You will be well-versed with the M&A processes and the attached HR strategy, performance management, total rewards policies. On a soft side, you will be an analytical and self-initiate individual who demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills meeting tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Chinese will be essential.
