They are currently hiring for a people-oriented HR Manager to join as part of the team, and to serve as the primary contact point for people issues within the business whilst putting plans and actions to enhance organisational capability and employee engagement. Candidates from fashion retail background and immediately available candidates will be highly regarded.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be the internal HR advisor overseeing any people issues related to employee relations, recruiting and retention strategies, performance management review, training initiatives, conflict solution, management development and employment policies and practices. You will involve in the change management or transition for any pre or post-acquisition exercise happening in the business utilising tactful people handling skills.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic HR professional with a minimum 12 years HR Generalist / Business Partnering experience acquired from fast paced environment such as retail, FMCG industries. You will have experience driving and maintaining effective and productive working relationships across departments; and candidates with experience working in MNC / a multicultural context will be essential.
