Our client is an international organisation that is looking for a new HR manager to be the trusted advisor for their UK operation.
- Aintree based.
- UK travel essential.
- Must have use or access to a car.
This is a new and exciting stand-alone HR role looking after all HR activities and working closely with the business across all of HR. There are three main UK sites and travel between them will be expected with the job. You will work closely not only with global HR but also with the business leaders to ensure that people issues are kept to a minimum and that the people strategy is aligned to that of the business. This is a 360 HR role with no one area being regarded as more important.
The successful applicant will ideally be from a retail or FMCG background, however it is worth stating that we will be open to profiles from outside of this proving they possess the required skills and characteristics. We are ideally after a resilient, solution orientated HR partner who enjoys travel and who is happy to work on their own. On top of this we are also looking for:
- A degree or CIPD qualification.
- Excellent all round HR skills.
- A problem solving mentality.
