This position sits under the HR/ Talent Management team, and will be responsible to support the annual performance management process, talent analytics and business transformation projects.

Reporting into the VPHR, the incumbent will be the go-to person for any talent matters, as an individual contributor. You will be familiar with the latest market trends in order to track effectiveness of talent initiatives aligned with business objectives. Through different forms of analytics and database, you will also help manage talent programmes within the designated business unit. This role will also be the central contract point between business stakeholders and employees on analysis/ analytics and reporting projects to enhance business transformation strategies.
To qualify, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with an international flair and global mindset. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience working within a matrix multinational environment and be expected to be “hands-on” whilst a results-driven individual who deliver and excel within a fast changing environment. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication skills with different levels of staff. Candidates with both consulting and commercial work experience would be highly regarded.
