As the HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR Director and be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives to support business needs in an aggressive growth model for South East Asia and Korea. You will also serve as an internal HR consultant to management on business unit restructure, talent acquisition & retention, manpower planning & budgeting, engagement, performance management, policies & procedures and employee relations.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working within a fast paced and dynamic environment, and also appreciates the value in being exposed to every aspect of the business. - Minimum of eight years’ Human Resources experience
- In-depth knowledge of local legislation and employment laws - essential
- Prior experience supporting sales and marketing organizations preferred
