HR Manager - Professional Services – Houston, TX
Our client is an established Professional Services firm and they are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their Houston office.

In this role, you will proactively partner with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to manage and improve strategy around employee relations, performance management, compliance, global employee benefits, retirement, and health and wellness plans. You will also utilize your strong HRIS and reporting skills to make recommendations to management as well as coach and develop your direct reports.
This dynamic role requires someone with a strong generalist background who has worked at large and reputable professional services firms. The successful candidate will be organized, service-focused, and have the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You must also handle confidential information with total discretion and deliver projects working to multiple deadlines.
You Must Have:
- Minimum of 10 years’ HR experience
- At least 5 of those years leading a team in a large organization
- Professional Services background (Legal is preferred)
- Bright, energetic, and can-do personality
- A Bachelor’s degree
