Our client is a European based Fashion / Lifestyle brand with a well-established business presence across the APAC region. As part of the expansion plans, they are hiring for a seasoned HR Manager / business partner calibre (with strong retail background) to join their HR team.

Reporting into the APAC HR Head and leads a team of 2, the incumbent will assume a true business partnering role and serve as the main source of HR support to both the retail and commercial arm. Being the internal HR Advisor to key business stakeholders, you will build and maintain close relationships with internal customers to ensure business needs are looked into, whether it be areas on learning & development, rewards management, talent management, driving a high-performing culture, enhancing candidate experience and employer branding etc.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated (ideally overseas returnee) with a minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience acquired from sizeable retail brands. You will demonstrate a flexible mindset with strong business acumen, also with tactful communications skills working with different levels of stakeholders. Chinese will be required, and Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English highly regarded.
