Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this is a strategic and operational HR Business Partner role, providing support, advisory and HR services to frontline and corporate retail employees. Your work scope will include all-rounded HR capabilities from talent acquisition, employee relations to reward and talent development. This role will involve project implementation and will be instrumental in the retail organization design as well as enhancing engagement and employee experience levels.
We are looking for a passionate and engaging HR business partner or HR generalist with a minimum of 8 years’ experience gained from sizable multinationals. Experience in servicing retail client groups would be beneficial. This role requires an independent, proactive and confident HR BP who is passionate in retail and loves to work in a results-oriented environment. In addition, we also seek:
• An university degree
• Experience in servicing retail client groups
• Outstanding organization, interpersonal and influential skills
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese
