Our client is a sizeable retailer with growing market presence and is known for their iconic 5-star service. They are now looking for an HR Manager to join their team supporting the retail stores and area management teams.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with the retail operations management team driving relevant HR initiatives for business effectiveness and efficiency. You will streamline and manage operations of stores organisation through policy/ protocol revision & implementation; whilst ensuring outstanding store operations through audit processes, and also review, monitor, and communicate operational audits to identify areas requiring improvement. You will develop new tools or incentive schemes to increase operational proficiency and morale. You will also have a key role establishing strong relationships with Area Managers, Retail Store Managers and frontline members, as well as maintaining communication between corporate office and retail locations. You’d also drive customers’ confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring (as part of the Employer Brand Initiative).
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and with a minimum of 10+ years’ HR/ Retail Operations experience, ideally acquired from mass retail and fast moving industries. You will have exceptional people handling skills and problem solving skills as the internal HR Consultant, also the decisive mentality to challenge status quo. Proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required for this role. Immediate available candidates with stable and strong background in retail industry highly regarded.
