Due to operational and business growth, a Singapore based professional services firm with global footprint is now looking for an experienced, independent, and result-oriented HR Manager to manage the HR function for their Southeast Asia offices.

- Business partnering responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Global HR Director, the you will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the operations of human resource systems and policies to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met through the maximisation of the HR by effective management, capabilities building, talent engagement and career planning. As a HR Manager, you are responsible for all facets of the HR function including hands-on work in order to help maintain and support growth within the business. You will also be working closely with subject matter experts to executive strategies for the region.
The ideal candidate will possess the gravitas to build credibility with the various business stakeholders. As such, strong relationship building and influencing skills are a must including previous experience working in a fast changing, ambiguous and multicultural environment.
Additionally, we are also looking for the following –
Minimum of seven years HR Generalist experience
Business acumen and HR experience with a proven track record of acting as a strong HR partner ideally in a fast-moving environment
- Bright, autonomous and switched on professional with plenty of initiative
