Our client is a sizeable company within the public sector. They are currently inviting seasoned HR Business Partners with know-how on driving talent management and succession planning initiatives, to join as part of their growing HR team.

The incumbent will assume an internal HR Advisory role to senior business management team to the designated business unit, and will be giving advise on strategies across manpower planning, talent reviews and development, whilst with sound knowledge utilising assessment tools to drive talent management and succession planning initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will report into the Senior HR Manager working alongside a lean but cohesive HR team. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with at least 12 years experience working within a sizeable & complexed organisation. You will demonstrate a strong business partnering skills sets whilst also the flexibility working within a fast changing environment with tight deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese will be required and an energetic, results driven mentality would help excel in this role.
