Our client is a listed sourcing company, currently looking for a dynamic and self-initiative HR Business Partner to join as part of the energetic team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the incumbent will work closely with internal business stakeholders to foster and promote the engagement of the business’ core values at all levels, also assist with resolving any employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations. This role will also give advice to department heads and management team in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices and management decision making. This is a major role involved in variety of projects throughout the business and implementing initiatives whilst simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration across the business.
The ideal candidate will hold a direct degree with 12-15 years relevant HR business partnering experience acquired from sourcing or fast changing industries. You will have vast demonstrated knowledge of local labour legislations, and the tactful communications skills to influence senior management and departmental heads into the adoption of ultimately beneficial people management policies and procedures. As a bonus, the candidate will have proven and successful problem solving and project management experience leading to lasting employee relations solutions within the business. English and Chinese will be required for this role and immediate available candidates will be a definite advantage.
