An established international insurance company is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their business in Singapore.

You will be reporting to the HR Operations Manager based in Singapore. You will be responsible for all HR Operational activities in Singapore and Malaysia which includes on/off-boarding; benefits administration; expatriate management; tax and payroll administration; and maintaining, updating the HRIS system. In addition, you will be the contact point for HR related matters, and also be required to assist in the updating of HR guidelines and policies.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work with limited supervision, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. You have to be meticulous in your work, be a self-starter, be comfortable with hands-on operations work, and possess a can-do attitude. It is important for the candidate to embrace cultural differences, and exhibit resilience to environment.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have -
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR
- Some regional experience
- Knowledge of payroll and expatriate tax
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (Macro, Vlookup, Pivot Table)
