Your main responsibility for this positon revolves around operations tight closely to the employee life cycle. You will assist in coming up with operational procedures, SOPs, and workflow for efficiency. You will be familiar with the end to end employee life cycle and will own the work flow from onboarding to exit. You will also handle the work pass applications, certification letters, as well as conducting reference checks as required. There will be a fair part on administration, which included employee data updates, as well as maintenance of personal files. You will also be in charge of preparing the welcome pack for new joiners, and not forgetting on ad hoc headcount reports.
Success will require a positive attitude combined with relevant HR operations exposure. We are ideally looking for a polished and resourceful candidate with at least three years of experience in a similar capacity. Being highly adaptable to change and work well under pressure, you would be someone dynamic and well articulate in your communication style. Additionally you are an individual who is highly service led in their style and proactive in taking initiatives. In addition to this we are also looking for:

• Fluency in English is a must
• Solid understanding in HR operations
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
