This role serves as a key member of the HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR support to about 200 employees in HK and those in other global satellite offices. You will assist the HR Manager to drive and implement HR policies and strategies, covering responsibilities from recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding to handling expatriate work permits and employee relations activities. You will also coordinate training, provide HR services to internal clients and handle any office administration or ad-hoc projects
We are looking an out-going, passionate and responsible HR talent with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an HR generalist. A high level of integrity and organization will be crucial in this role.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A positive work attitude, attention to details and a good team player
• Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint with experience in Success Factors a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English and ideally Chinese
