Reporting to the General Manager HR, this role serves as a key member of the HR team along with a peer to provide full spectrum of HR support to Hong Kong and global satellite offices, totaling 300+ employees. You will assist the General Manager HR in driving HR strategies and manage day to day HR from recruitment, on/off boarding and compensation and benefits to employee relations. You will also coordinate training, provide HR services to internal clients and handle any ad-hoc projects.
We are looking an out-going, passionate and responsible HR talent with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an HR generalist. A high level of integrity, independence and organization will be crucial in this role.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A positive work attitude, attention to details and a good team player
• Knowledge in HRIS such as SAP success factors.
• Outstanding interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English and ideally Chinese
