Our client, an international law firm is looking for a HR Operations and Payroll specialist to manage full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore.
You will be responsible to provide HR related advice to stakeholders and ensure policies, processes and transaction records are compliant to local statutory requirements and corporate policies. This role will drive continuous improvement of HR operations and process employee’s monthly payroll and tax clearance matters.
Participate in projects and initiatives as and when opportunities arise
You will be university educated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you will have the following –
- Minimum 5 years in HR Operation and payroll experience
- Team player, service-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Possess good analytical skills and is highly numerate and meticulous with a keen eye for details and process improvement
