Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Internal Mobility matters in the country including permanent transfers and international assignments, inclusive of employment contracts, immigration, and relocation needs for individuals transferring into or assigned

  • Provide specialist and expert advice, guidance and counsel to managers, supervisors and People function colleagues on all People Operations issues, policy interpretation and questions. To include such issues as performance, re-organization, termination of employment and reporting requests

  • Working in collaboration with managers and team members, provide relevant People team expertise in the

  • execution of any initiatives or projects

  • Respond to team member issues and questions, providing feedback to managers to ensure appropriate action is

  • taken where necessary – ensuring alignment with all local, regional, and global counterparts

  • Ensure that any team member escalated issues are dealt with in the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism and sensitivity

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects that require input from cross-functional senior stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs

  • Empower data driven decision making across critical talent and business areas

  • Extract, integrate and transform data to conduct advance analytics and produce actionable, automated reporting/dashboards

  • Partner with Senior HR and business leaders to identify critical decisions or topics that require in-depth analysis

  • Instill insights from your analysis and communicate clearly with business leaders to drive understanding and action



  • 7+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP focused role with a strong background in People Operations workflows

  • Experience working in a multi-national firm

  • Knowledge and experience gathering and interpreting data

  • Ability to structure, analyze and contextualize vast, unstructured or incomplete data in context of business problems and to drive business impact
