Sitting in a team of 2, you will be reporting directly to the Country Head of HR based in Singapore. Your responsibility involves providing HR Business Partner support to the Country Head of HR including, but not limited to, employee lifecycle management; HR budgeting; benefits and training administration; expatriate management; tax and payroll administration. You will be the contact point for all HR related matters and is required to be the expert in updates of HR guidelines and policies.
The ideal candidate should be someone who is able to work with limited supervision, highly adaptable to change, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment. You have to be meticulous in your work, be a self-starter, be comfortable with hands-on operations work, and possess a can-do attitude. It is important for the candidate to embrace cultural differences, and exhibit resilience to environment.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have -
Minimum of five years of experience in HR with hands-on payroll experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
