The Job:
• Our Client, a leading global professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, have embarked on a transformation journey to improve its HR and Finance functions. The prgrammes’ vision will enhance competitiveness, enabling better insights and decision making process – an exciting journey! To do this they are growing their team and looking for a top-notch L&D Change professional on a 6-month Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Play a focal part in the success of the transformation by designing and delivering training solutions, enabling users to effectively use the new Workday system and HR processes
• Add value from the get-go, increasing benefits realization, ROI and the achievement of results & outcomes
• Lead training workstream for the HR transformation program – be a great workstream planner and comfortable in recording activities & milestones and looking out for dependencies across other workstreams
• Understand and appreciate the importance of reporting when it comes to keeping the programme on track by providing regular updates to the PMO on progress against the agreed training plan staying on top of risks & issues which could delay key milestones
• Collaborate closely with technology, process and HTOM leads to identify user groups and specific training needs
• Work with Learning & Development to create engaging training packages and materials for different users tailored to the requirement of their roles
• Responsible for taking on-board feedback from project sponsors, senior leaders, project team members and impacted end users - be responsible for reviewing training effectiveness, making any changes to ensure the ROI is as high as can be
Key Experience:
• Proven experience working as part of a team delivering HR transformation - you’ll have prior experience conducting user research and delivering training across a multinational, large sized enterprise
• Demonstrate ability in training design, development, delivery, and administration associated with organizational change management programs
• Degree educated in an HR related field and possess a minimum of 5 years working experience
• Ability to navigate effectively across large, complex organizations
• Experience in communicating transformational initiatives, overcoming resistance to change and enabling successful execution - you will have the ability to embrace and adapt quickly to the challenge of operating in an environment of unprecedented, rapid change where innovation and quick responses yield success
• Operate with a sense of urgency, possess a high EQ and demonstrate a solutions orientated mind-set
