Our client is well known brand in the insurance sector, seeking for a HR Project consultant to join their HR team in Singapore. They are undergoing and exciting transformation within the group and is seeking for an experienced HR project consultant to manage a 6 months assignment. You will have the opportunity with work a team of higher performing leaders in a dynamic and fast-pace environment.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be assisting the HR team to set up an automated employee engagement platform which automates various aspects of the process, such as feedback collection, analysis, and delivery. In addition, you are required to design their corporate social platform with the assistance of the HR communication executive. To do well, you should possess good design thinking skills and be familiar with corporate communication platform.
Ideally, you will be University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree. In addition, you will have the following:
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Project management skills and an analytical mind
• Good knowledge of implementing HR tools
• 5 to 6 years’ experience in the Consulting sector
