Due to recent restructuring a new role has risen to lead a key role in delivering some of the crucial projects in performance management, C&B, HR process re-engineering and HR policy.
We are looking for a seasoned HR project professional or an HR professional with excellent HR project experience. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable in business partnering with the senior management team and be able to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast moving enviroment.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Eager to make a difference and has the ability to establish relationship with people from all levels of seniority
• The ability to be hands-on and be flexible.
• Excellent communication skills and while fluency in Cantonese and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous
• Highly independent and analytical
