A leading financial services firm has a newly created, permanent position to manage and look after all HR projects across the US.

This is a unique position that will not have routine day to day work. You will work alongside the wider HR team to assist, and sometimes manage, varying projects which could range from benefits review to new competency models. There is potential also for this position to manage a major system integration process in the future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and has also been an HR generalist who has worked in a regional role. Ideally this candidate has an understanding of the varying labour laws and cultural awareness across the region. In addition to this we are also looking for:
- 5-7 years HR experience with demonstration of project management experience
- In-house generalist experience with reputable financial services institutions
- Degree Qualified
