Reporting directly to the Global VP Human Resources, this newly created role is expected to provide HR services to multiple locations across Asia based on the company’s global HR strategy, driving consistency while adapting to regional needs. This is a generalist/ business partner role covering performance and talent management, reward and recognition, engagement, learning and development whilst implementing company’s values and culture.
We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR generalist or HR Business Partner with a minimum of 8 years’ of experience gained from a multicultural environment. You will possess sound stakeholder partnership skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture.
In addition, we are looking for the following:
• Degree qualification
• A confident, results-oriented and independent individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An understanding of local legislation and employment practices
• Language fluency in both written/spoken English and Chinese
