Reporting to the Head of HR Services, this person is responsible for providing high-standard HR operational services in areas such as medical administration, payroll, taxation, budgeting, secondment services and employee communications. This position will be involved in global C&B projects as well as maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee records.
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the C&B team and the business partner team to support business unit HR and needs. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the full spectrum of HR at operational level. It would be an advantage if you have previous experience and knowledge about the taxation in China.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A minimum of 8 years of experience’s in HR shared service, operations or C&B
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Language fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
