Our client is a market leader its industry and they are looking for an energetic HR operations professional to join their well stablished Shared Services team.

This role reports to the Senior HR Operations Manager and will be responsible in providing professional and customer-oriented delivery of HR Operations including employee lifecycle processes, benefits and HRIS services to all business units across APAC. You will also be a key contact point to internal and external stakeholders and be able to provide answers to their inquiries.
We are looking for an HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferably gained from multinational organizations either in Shared Service teams or HR operations. To succeed, you will need to be proactive and detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in an ever-changing environment
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Japanese will be considered a plus
