My client is a leader in the retail industry and due to the expansion of the business we are looking for an established HR shared services leader to join their established shared services team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC you will be manage a team of 5 people. You will provide professional and customer-oriented delivery of HR operations across various HR work streams including employee lifecycle processes, benefits and HRIS services to the business operations in APAC and ensure all processes are running smoothly and accurately.
To be successful in this role, you will be have relevant experience from solid HR shared services and HRIS experience. You will need to be proactive, detail orientated and committed to work.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Minimum of 8 years of HR operations experience from consumer goods industry is preferred
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
