Based in Hong Kong, our client is a leading international law firm looking for an experienced shared services professional to join the team in a regional role.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Asia, this position will develop and monitor shared services activities ensuring compliance, quality, accuracy of information, data and HR system reporting. You should provide professional and customer-oriented delivery of administration processes across various HR work streams including employee lifestyle processes, L&D, knowledge management, graduate recruitment, benefits and HRIS services to all business units in Asia and ensure all processes are running smoothly and accurately. You should be prepared to answer questions and concerns from HR, key stakeholders and vendors to be a key point of resource on all HR operational matters. Another important element of the role is to manage and coach a small team all based in Hong Kong.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR operations and shared services experience with regional exposure and the ability to work closely with the business and manage a small team.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Minimum of 6 years of HR operations and shared services experience in a sizeable organization, professional services firms a plus
• Solid experience covering the region and managing a small team
• Proactive, strong numerical and analytical skills, solid interpersonal and communication skills, managerial skills, fast-paced, logical, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
