Headquartered in Oslo, our client is an investment management firm with extensive global interests in equities, fixed income and real estate. The Real Estate arm of the business is growing rapidly and are now looking for a HR Advisor to join their Global HR team to support the New York office.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor in Oslo, you will play a key role in the effective delivery of all HR activity relating to the NYC office. Your position is a true generalist; working across payroll & benefits, staffing, employee relations and supporting core HR deliverables. You will have a passion for operational HR and will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves in order to get the job done.
We are looking for someone with:
- 3 years minimum HR generalist experience (with solid experience in US benefits and payroll);
- Regular exposure to senior stakeholders;
- Office management experience.
Our client is looking for an individual who is hungry to learn, inquisitive and passionate about HR. In addition, you will be a flexible team player and preferred if you have experience in a similar industry.
