Our client is a progressive U.S. Listed property company and is currently looking for an entry-level HR Specialist to assist the team.

• Paying up to $18k per month
• HR Generalist position, focus in C&B
Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Specialist will serve as a back of house support HR Generalist overseeing the business’ Hong Kong and Macau operations. You will help with maintaining the employee database, leave management, MPF & fringe benefits administration, payroll calculation & preparation (inclusive of sales commission and incentives), HR reports, on/off boarding logistics etc. and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with at least 2 years HR Generalist experience preferably acquired from a retail or property industry. You will be able to work and adapt to a fast changing environment whilst able to work independently and demonstrate a self-motivated mentality. You will also be an energetic individual with a positive mindset who is willing to make the stretch to support the team. Immediate available candidates will be highly regarded. This role can pay up to $18k per month.
