A global American semiconductor company is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to –
Provide functional support for day to day HR Systems user requests
Be responsible for performance, maintenance and updating of Workday
Partner with the HR team to review system configurations and processes to ensure appropriateness and efficiency
Analyse reporting needs to ensure a full understanding of report requirements and create ad-hoc reports as requested
Reporting to the Global Senior HRIS Manager you will be responsible for designing and developing user guides and general user learning materials. You will partner with Workday and service provider vendors to troubleshoot when issues arise and support the Global Senior HRIS Manager on global projects.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
A strong understanding of the Workday software platform and configuration experience
Basic knowledge of HR functional practices, procedures and HR Technology
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the HR field
- Experience of creating reports or working with HR Data or metrics
