As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Japan, this position will lead the recruitment team in Japan but will report overseas to APAC. This position requires strong leadership to help the recruitment team work closely with the internal stakeholders and drive change of the rapidly growing business in Japan.
Your role will work closely with the senior management and create and implement recruitment strategies to improve the working environment by bringing string employer branding and attracting the most effective talent to the company.
This role will also manage a small team, and oversee the smooth operation of day-to-day HR processes, plans, and programs.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Leader with a strategic mindset, an innovative with excellent influencing skills through effective communication. As this role will lead a small team, strong leadership and people management is required. Experience working in medical devise, life-science, Biopharma, manufacturing companies to be beneficial but not required.
Over 5 (to 10 years) experience in an HR Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Native-level Japanese speaker, Fluent English.
Strong capability to drive and influence change in a growing organization.
HR Business Partnering approach with the ability to introduce and implement innovative HR solutions.
Strong leadership skills.
