As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects from strategic workforce planning, organisation design through to the implementation of change management plans and initiatives and M&A activities. Since this is a regional role, there may be some travelling involved which should amount to approx. 10%.
The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience in design and implementation of a range of HR solutions such as change management, culture diagnostic, communications, and organisation design. At the same time, this individual should have a proactive and can-do attitude. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing projects for MNC and domestic clients
• Strong analytical skills
