Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturer of raw materials and a producer of energy, looking to hire an HRIS Analyst FTC.


  • Location: (Onsite) London


The purpose of the role is the delivery of HR Excellence, through data analysis, to facilitate the development, implementation, ongoing management and improvement of standardised systems, processes and policies within the HR function. The job holder is responsible for ensuring robust auditing and reporting tools are in place to drive continuous improvement, and internal/external compliance.



  • Use of the HRIS to carry out an in-depth audit of processes that were standardised following the formation of INOVYN, e.g. the recruitment process, with the opportunity for further improvement.

  • The current HR structure which comprises of a small central team and 10  regional HR Managers (HRMs) supporting 17 Sites in 8 different European countries, each with differing cultural and language requirements.

  • Recognition that local rules and legal requirements differ in each country and need to be taken into account.

  • Recognition that role will have to operate across all sites and therefore may require a degree of travel.

  • Recognition that Excellence implementation is a long-term, stepwise, process.

  • Interaction with external providers, to deliver integrated processes, e.g SuccessFactors support partner (NGA) and 5 external payroll providers.



  • Degree with at least 5 years of experience in industrial/commercial environment.

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

  • Project Management.

  • Experience operating across different cultures and regions.

  • Experience in dealing with conflict situations.

  • Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and best practice groups.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes would be an advantage.
