Based in Singapore, a leading investment management firm is looking for a strong and diligent HRIS Analyst to support their HR systems:

As a HRIS Analyst, you have good experience in SAP, Workday, and PeopleSoft. Your main responsibility is to assist the project team lead in facilitating the upgrading of the HRIS system, and ensure a smooth migration process. As part of the cycle, you will will gather and understand user’s requirements, as well as gathering data. For a start, you will handle data cleansing process which leads to synchronization and eventually migration. You will test and evaluate the overall system performance and analyze software releases. You will provide excellent communication and technical advices to all new and existing HR partners, which includes conducting of training sessions as required.
We require a candidate who has strong proven experience managing HRIS systems, either in a HR function or in a technical function supporting HR. You will have a solid foundation of HRIS design, structure, functions and processes with a good knowledge of HR practices. You will have an excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment. You are exceptionally strong in data management, analytical, meticulous and highly organized. Excellent communications and presentation skills are essential, with proven business process mapping skills. In addition we are also looking for:
- HRIS analyst background with minimum five years experience
- Experience in HR systems e.g. SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft
- Independent worker as well as a good team player in an ambiguous environment
