Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a diligent HRIS professional.
Working in the London office, you will be responsible for reports, data processing and data management across the UK. Primarily, you will handle all HR data transactions and consolidation and ad-hoc HR analytics and reports. You will also be involved with HRIS upgrades and changes in strategy.
The successful candidate will be numerically-savvy, with an excellent grasp of data. They will have proven analytics skills and a strong problem solver. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
- At least 1 year of relevant HRIS or HR data experience
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and other applications such as Excel
- Experience working with Select HR preferred but not required
