Our client, a leading global financial services boutique, is seeking a diligent junior HRIS professional.

Sitting in the Hong Kong office, you will be responsible for reports, data processing and data management across the region. Primarily, you will handle all HR data transactions and consolidation and ad-hoc HR analytics and reports. Later in the role, you will manage HRIS upgrades and changes in strategy.
The successful candidate will be numerically-savvy, with an excellent grasp of data. They will have proven analytics skills and a strong problem solver. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least 1 year of relevant HRIS or HR data experience
• Strong communications skills in English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of HR systems and other applications such as Excel
• Degree qualification in relevant discipline
