Our client is a Luxury Brand Retailer looking for a dynamic HRIS Director that will help to enhance its HR functionality.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working with key stakeholders and the IT and HR teams, you will create and implement the HR data reporting system (SuccessFactors) in order to provide HR reports to identify trends, issues and areas of concern for the company. You will also drive reporting and analysis to ensure consistency and standardization in HR practices globally. In addition, you will oversee Quality Assurance test plans, and develop and use a governance board to ensure that appropriate structures are in place. Once the system is launched, you will also be in charge of coordinating system maintenance, upgrades, or fixes with IT and vendor.
The successfully candidate will have a strong understanding and proven experience of reporting for HR as well as excellent project management skills. Ideally you will have worked as a systems implementation project manager in the past. You must have proven success influencing and presenting information at all levels. In addition to this we are also looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors (Workday or Oracle experience will also be considered)
- Excellent communication skills
