Our client is now looking for a seasoned HRIS Manager to help with upcoming HRIS system migration and enhancement for the HK and PRC region.

Reporting to Head of HR, you will work closely with business managers to ensure the HRIS system caters to their needs. You will work closely with external stakeholders to source the right HRIS platform, implement the system and maintain it smoothly internally. On top of which, you will also support the HR team on high-level strategic HR projects to copy with the business’ fast expansion on regional scale.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 10+ years HRIS experience, best be a mixture of both consultancy and in-house exposure from sizeable companies. Sound knowledge and expertise in project management, end-to-end system implementation experience is key to this role whilst a results driven mentality and tactful interpersonal skills will be highly regarded as prerequisites to succeed in this role. This role pays up to $60k per month.
