A global FMCG company is looking for an HRIS Manager to –
manage the HRIS system and its interfacing systems
plan, direct and coordinate all HR Systems activities in alignment with global, regional and local HR processes across the employee life cycles
manage technical & functional issues across global, regional and local processes
support change management support and guidance to regional and local HR for roll out of HR systems
Reporting to the VP of HR you will be responsible for leading and defining the HR Systems Centre of Excellence for the Asia Pacific region. You will also partner with the global HRIS team, regional HR team and country HR team in defining HR systems roadmap to support the business.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
At least 8 years of HR experience with an emphasis on Human Resources Information Systems
Experience of consolidating payroll vendors across multiple countries
Experience of working for a company in the FMCG or retail space is a plus
Strong business understanding linked to strategic insights and perspective
