Based in Kuala Lumpur, a leading logistics firm is looking for a strong and diligent HRIS Manager to support their HR systems:

As a HRIS Manager, you have good experience in SAP, Workday, and PeopleSoft. Your main responsibility is to lead the HRIS team in facilitating the upgrading of the HRIS system, and ensure a smooth migration process. You will test and evaluate the overall system performance and analyze software releases. You will provide excellent communication and technical advices to all new and existing HR partners, which includes conducting of training sessions as required.
We require a candidate who has strong proven leadership experience managing HRIS systems, either in a HR function or in a technical function supporting HR. You will have a solid foundation of HRIS design, structure, functions and processes with a good knowledge of HR practices. You will have an excellent leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment. You are exceptionally strong in data management, analytical, meticulous and highly organized. Excellent communications and presentation skills are essential, with proven business process mapping skills. In addition we are also looking for:
- Experience in HR systems e.g. SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft
- Independent worker as well as a good team player in an ambiguous environment
