Our client is a leading firm located in New York City and they are looking for an HRIS, Payroll & Analytics Leader to assess the current landscape and drive transformation.

The HRIS, Payroll & Analytics Lead will drive data integration across our core HC systems as well as integration across Firmwide tools. The successful candidate will be a rounded and dynamic professional who can quickly build effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.


You Must Have:

  • High level of competency and literacy with HR systems, including ADP, Greenhouse, and Saba.
  • Experience operating at Executive level, relaying relevant people data and analysis (e.g. headcount and cost movement, tracking YTD against budget, analysing turnover and forecasting hiring) for wider business strategy.
  • External vendor management.
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills, including critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving.
